Processing time

The time to prepare an order to be ready for shipping varies according to the product and the number of pieces ordered.

Delivery is usually made within 3 - 5 working days in the UK, all other destinations will be will take 7 - 10 working days. All deliveries will require a signature. If no one is at home then a card will be left with contact details for the courier and a response must be made within 7 days. Failure to respond to the courier’s card will result in your Purchase being returned to us, and an additional postage charge will be incurred.

Item Storage Information & Vat/Customs tax fees

For products being purchased from our London based gallery you should be aware that receiving goods in countries other than European Union member states may incur courier brokerage/customs fees, import duties and/or local taxes which are your responsibility. If an order is refused and/or sent back undelivered, the customer is responsible for any shipping charges, duties, tax or other costs incurred.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

VAT (value added tax) and customs duties (if any) differ for each country. Most countries, except USA, are subject to VAT and customs duties which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since rates vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Customers ordering from European countries are exempt from customs charges. Refund Policy

We happily accept returns. Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason, you wish to return your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product to initiate the return process.
To do this simply inform us within 7 days from delivery then return the item to us within 15 days.

Before you return any items please contact our Customer Service Team via e-mail within 48 hours of delivery to info@itshandicraft.com. Any packages we receive without e-mail confirmation will not be opened until we receive a confirmation via e-mail therefore the refund will not be processed until we receive an e-mail.

Please note your delivery and insurance cost will need to be covered by you. The item must be returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Once we have received the item and are happy with it has been returned in the same condition as it was dispatched, we will issue you with a full refund on the purchase price, minus delivery costs plus handling charges and any additional charges relating to the recovery of the goods.
